TopLine Insurance is a growing insurance agency with offices in Deerfield and Jacksonville, Florida. TopLine was founded with the mission of making it as easy as possible to find home insurance in Florida’s complex insurance market.

As the agency expanded into commercial lines for small business owners, they needed new pages covering each product. They wanted copy that was informational and matched the light-hearted but professional tone of the rest of their website.

I started by researching TrustPilot reviews to learn more about what current customers liked about working with TopLine. I worked with TopLine’s marketing team to understand the competitive landscape and how customers use the current site.

Then, with TopLine’s existing personal lines business pages as a guide, I wrote copy that captured their brand voice and stressed the agency’s strengths.
